Skillfully crafted by hand in North Carolina, we developed this wok alongside professional chef Patrick O'Cain of Gan Shan Station in Asheville. Although it was made to meet the demands of a commercial kitchen, this flat bottomed wok will be a welcome new standard in your home kitchen. Given its versatile cooking characteristics, this wok lives on the stove in our own kitchen and we think it will on yours too.
Details: Assembled with stainless steel rivets, the handle is formed with a knurled texture to provide grip. Signature brass detail where handle and pan meet. Option to add hook for easy hanging.
